Situated in Bepton the Park Country House is a refined country guest house and spa.
Originally been built as a private home, the owners started to offer bed and breakfast to the international polo scene attending neighbouring Cowdray Park. Four generations later still in the same family it has evolved as a hotel with spa, golf and grass tennis courts as well as an indoor and outdoor pool and croquet lawn.
With twenty two individual rooms, each decorated in a traditional country house style, there are plenty of choices from a suite in the original family home to a six bed family lock up and leave.
The well proportioned yet cosy double or twin standard rooms, each individually decorated in warm country colours, are located in the main hotel and across the drive in South Down Cottage. They include a comfy armchair, writing desk with chair and en-suite bathroom.
The family suites are all about big views and plenty of space. Each suite is individually decorated and draws on vintage country interiors which frame the views over the Sussex countryside. These suites are specifically designed for parents and young children to enjoy their own areas. The sumptuous bedrooms are individually decorated in traditional or contemporary country house styles and all have stunning views across the grounds to the countryside beyond.
There are also three cottages as well as Little Oakes. A secluded, detached six double bed property surrounded by its own gardens and is an ideal lock up and leave for big occasions that need a little extra privacy.
